How long does delivery take?
UK orders are typically delivered within 3-5 working days. During peak Christmas season (November-December), please allow up to 7 working days.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes! We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Are your mugs dishwasher safe?
Yes, all of our ceramic mugs are both dishwasher and microwave safe.
What size are your mugs?
Our mugs are a standard 11oz (approximately 325ml) size — perfect for a proper cup of tea or coffee.
What are the decorations made from?
Our Christmas decorations are handcrafted from premium plywood and acrylic. Each piece is made up of three carefully layered components that create a beautiful 3D effect.
How are the mug designs applied?
We use DTF (Direct to Film) printing technology, which produces vibrant, long-lasting designs that won’t fade with regular washing.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day returns policy. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We’re sorry if that happens! Please email us at hello@xmasmugs.com with a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund straight away.
