Products

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly due to differences in screen displays. All product descriptions are provided in good faith and are as accurate as we can make them.

Pricing

All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, though any changes will not affect orders already placed.

Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming your order details. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including stock availability.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Returns

Our full returns policy is outlined on our Shipping & Returns page. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
