Shipping & Returns
Delivery
We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders. Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 working days and delivered within 3-5 working days. During the busy Christmas period (November-December), delivery may take up to 7 working days.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched, so you can follow its journey to your door.
Christmas Ordering Deadlines
To ensure your gifts arrive in time for Christmas Day, we recommend placing your order by 18th December for standard delivery. We’ll update this date each year, so please check back closer to Christmas.
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging where possible.
How to Return an Item
To start a return, please email us at hello@xmasmugs.com with your order number and the reason for return. We’ll provide you with a return address and any further instructions.
Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph of the issue. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our returns criteria, we’ll process your refund within 5 working days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
